holding cremated remains for centuries, the material is very dense and
keeps very cool. The natural veining and characteristics of marble make
an excellent choice for a cremation urn.
Turned
Marble Urns are natural marble quarried into blocks. The block of
material is then placed in a stone lathe and formed into the required
shape. The deep shine on polished marble is achieved by rubbing the
stone with a series of abrasive materials. No two marble urns are the
same, the graining, pattern and colours will vary and are dependant on
what part of the world the stone originates.
Fabricated Marble & Stone Urns use natural, agglomerate marble, and
stone. The material is cut into slices approx 3/8" to 1/2" in thickness
and rectangular in shape. The pieces are then cut to size and hand
assembled. These beautiful marble urns are angular in shape and appliqué
of bronze can be fitted. The nature of this technique enables the
manufacturers to design urns of many styles, creating beautiful and very
unique designs.

Urns are made from 100% natural Onyx quarried in large blocks and hand
crafted into the urn products. Onyx is a very striking material with an
unusual texture and depth, unique colour, patterns and striking

Marble
is a 100% natural stone, quarried in large blocks, cut into slabs or
slices and hand crafted into urn products. Marble is a very smooth
texture, with unique colours, patterns and striking veining running
through the material.
Agglomerate Marble is large pieces of marble, mixed together with other
natural materials, baked into a large blocks and cut into slices, this
process is deliberate and the only way to achieve the unique and very
attractive appearance.
Onyx is

NaturaStone is a precast material manufactured to simulate natural
stone. It has a similar appearance, texture and colour to good grade
natural cut stone, but with many more colour option.
The stone used in the production of urns comes from different areas of
the world, giving an abundant choice of first class materials. Marbles
and onyx from Italy, India, Pakistan, China, Granite from Italy, Spain,
Asia, South- America, North America and Africa.
Marble
is extremely susceptible to acids, including citric acid, vinegar and
oil; they will absorb beneath the urn surface and permanently discolour.
Should any of these harmful liquids come in contact with marble, you
must very quickly wash with a mild solution of detergent and water, then
rinse with warm water.
