Delivery:  Urns Online pricing has standard shipping included on all of our products to UK and N Ireland. We have no hidden extras at check out. The price that you see on the website is the DELIVERED PRICE.

Products shipping guidelines, are subject to items being in stock, our range is extensive and occasionally we may be out of stock for a very limited period. Most items ship within 3 days of payment. Some of our jewellery items are made to order and take a little longer, allow up to 2 weeks. All deliveries should be inspected prior to signing and accepting delivery.

2nd Day Air and Overnight Delivery, If you need your item's) quicker than the Free 5-7 Day Shipping, you may select to use 2 day or Overnight delivery please contact us for a quote.

*Please note. Shipping - carriage companies do not usually operate on Holidays. If a holiday happens to fall with-in your delivery schedule, your delivery may be delayed.

Please Note: It is not unusual for your Cremation Urns and Jewellery to be loaded after the cremation, simply ask your funeral director to retain the ashes until your products arrive, once you have them they can be loaded by the funeral director or his staff.
